Loft Conversion - FForestfach Swansea
A loft conversion consisting of an additional bedroom, bathroom and walk in wardrobe. We added two pitched roof dormers to add more space and character. The work was carried out on time & within budget, the customers were more than pleased.

Loft Conversion - Rhos Neath
This loft conversion created an additional three bedrooms and a bathroom, turning a three bedroom bungalow into a five bedroom house with an additional bathroom! On this particular project we only carried out the external work, the customer had a relative of whom carried out the internals.

This project was a dusty one! This 1910's Semi previously had a loft conversion with some additional rooms that were just being used for storage space! The customer wanted a master bedroom with ensuite & walk in wardrobe! I think we delivered!

A flat roof dormer extension to the rear of this property gave the customers an additional bedroom, bathroom and walk in wardrobe! The stairs lead straight off the existing landing not to compromise any of the rooms down stairs.

A small loft conversion that created a lot of space! This newly built home was struggling with small rooms on the first floor, so we added a second! Just a bedroom in this one, however, it freed up so much space on the floor below that the house was easier to live in and gained value!
